Application Dates

Did You Know? Students who switch to part-time status because they earn credit transfer/equivalency for more than 40% of their scheduled program credits in a term are only considered eligible for refund if they applied for RPL in the first application period for that term. Please be aware that switching from full-time to part-time status can impact eligibility for student loans, study permits/visas, and other funding.

Winter 2026

January 16Deadline for 1st Winter Term Application Period

January 16 is also the refund request deadline. See more information on refund policies.

Note: Full-time students are not eligible for refunds on individual courses that have been approved for credit transfer/equivalency.
February 17Applications Open for 2nd Winter Term Period

This is your second opportunity to apply for credit toward courses scheduled to begin between March 2 and April 17.

Note: Students are not eligible for refund if they switch to part-time status as a result of earning credit transfers/equivalencies in the second application period.

March 13Deadline for 2nd Winter Term Application Period
